Micropigmentation

Micropigmentation delivers fantastic results in the medical field. Doctors, nurses, surgeons, radiologists and specialists have recognisedthe value of micropigmentation procedures in areas such as vitiligo, scar camouflage, areola restoration and scalp camouflage. “Micropigmentation Pigments are manufactured by a state -of-art process to create colour of greater tinctorial strength.”

Burns

Once Burnt skin has healed, or a year after any skin graft work, michorpigmentation can be used to camouflage or blend colour to existing skin tones.

Scar Camouflage

Generally a year after a scar has healed, pigments can be used to match the scar to the colour to the surrounding skin in lending effect. Occasionally the action of micropigmentation can help to stimulate the area and softer scar tissue.

Areola Restoration and 3D nipple

Once reconstructive surgery is complete, micropigemntation is used to create or colour the areola. This usually helps to disguise any scarring and improve appearance. For most clients it is the finishing touch on a long and fraught journey.

Cleft Lip Reconstruction

The appearance of a cleft lip can be dramatically improved with micropigmentation. By creating a balanced shape and camouflaging scars, the lip is given definition and fullness.

Vitiligo

Clients with vitiligo which has been static for 7 years or more, could benefit from skin camouflage. Please note, results can be achieved with multiple sessions. It can take up to 6 - 18 months to reach a satisfactory result.
